1. Service Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with our cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will arrange a free re-clean of the affected areas.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: Our prices are based on the size and condition of the space to be cleaned, as viewed at the time of estimate. Valid representation of space to be cleaned is required at walk through. Prices are subject to change upon arrival.
- Payment: Invoice will be sent, and payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit card or ACH.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of your clean fee.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should also be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
4. Access to Property
- Keys and Security Codes: If we need keys or security codes to access your property, please provide them in advance. We handle all security information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
- Entry: If we cannot access your property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.
5. Pets and Valuables
- Pets: If you are concerned your pet may escape or harm one of our employees, please secure pets in a safe area during our visit. While we love animals, ours and their safety is our priority.
- Valuables: We advise securing valuable items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables unless negligence is evident.
6. Safety and Health
- Cleaning Products: We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, and your pets. Many times, the products we use will consist of no more than 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, 12% Hydrogen Peroxide, Dr. Bronner’s Sal Suds, Krud Kutter Tough Task, Baking Soda, and White Cleaning Vinegar. If you have specific product requests or allergies, please let us know in advance.
- Workers' Compensation Safety: Our employees are covered under workers' compensation insurance. We adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to protect our team and ensure their well-being. This includes the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), proper training on equipment and chemical usage, and regular safety meetings to address any concerns or updates in safety protocols.
7. Damage and Breakage
We handle your property with care, but if any damage or breakage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to repair or replace damaged items promptly.
8. Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be handled with confidentiality and used only for service-related purposes.
